Hi all! Amazing job filling up our first Square Enix folder with your awesome cosplay photos! The old folder is now our Square Enix Archive and a new Square Enix folder has been opened up for all of your submissions. Please submit to Square Enix as you have been doing all along.

Hey all, I've noticed that submissions have been trickling through without getting all the proper votes they need to pass. To remedy this, I've decided to open up applications for contributor status.

BEFORE YOU APPLY, know your responsibilities.

YOU MUST KNOW WHICH GAMES GO TO WHICH DEVELOPERS. Or at least be willing to look it up. Wikipedia is extremely useful for this.
You must be willing to vote as often as possible. Your message box will be much busier after becoming a contributor, just so you know.
You must be an active cosplayer/cosplay photographer. #Game-Cosplay is a group run by cosplayers for cosplayers.


Now for the actual application. Send me (~Gwiffen) a note with the subject Game-Cosplay Contributor Application before Friday, January 20 to be considered and tell me which group folder the following deviations go in.

Bioware _{(Mass Effect, Dragon Age, etc.)}
Idea Factory _{(Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan, Hiiro no Kakera, etc.)}
Tomb Raider _{(encompassing all Tomb Raider games by all developers)}
Touhou Project _{(more recognizable than developer name Team Shanghai Alice)}
Ubisoft _{(Assassins Creed, No More Heroes, etc.)}
and Vocaloid _{(includes all PV outfits and Project Diva outfits)}

Please keep in mind these new folder options when submitting. Feel free to suggest more folders. I am currently in the process of moving pictures around, but I am considering adding EA Games and Nitro+ soon.

Hello everyone! Just letting you know that the rules have been updated so please read them. (Actually they were updated a long time ago but I guess people didn't realize.) We've been getting a lot of ineligible submissions lately so let it be known that these are the guidelines deviation submissions should follow.


Please read the rules

How to submit a photo:
Choose a folder you want & click "+" or "+ submit to folder"

Please submit to the correct folder!

You may ONLY submit 2 PHOTOS PER DAY
_{This does not mean that you are required to submit two photos per day. Submit whenever you are able, just not three or more deviations at once.}

Please only submit completed costumes.
_{No works in progress, partial costumes, or original designs please. Submissions of just props may be denied unless the prop itself is outstanding enough to warrant its own deviation.}

Please only submit photos with some measure of quality.
_{Convention hall pictures, pictures with your house in the background, webcam/phone pictures, or similar low-quality photos should not submitted. 1000+ people will see it so make it count!}

Please only submit cosplays from games.
_{This should be a given with our group name. Please note that the series in question must have originated as a game, i.e. Batman would not be acceptable even though he has had numerous games but Fate/Stay Night would be since it was a dating game before an anime. Some exceptions can be made such as Vocaloid (should be submitted under Other Developers).}

Please indicate what game your cosplay is from.
_{This mainly applies to costumes from not so well known games. If you're submitting a costume from an obscure series, please list what it's from in the artist's comments so we can make sure it's in the correct developer folder.}
